The $50 Lesson. Recently, while I was working in the flower beds in the
front yard, my neighbors stopped to chat as they returned home from walking
their dog.
During our friendly conversation, I asked their 12 year old daughter
what she wanted to be when she grows up. She said she wanted to be
President some day.
Both of her parents - liberal Democrats - were standing there, so I
asked her, "If you were President what would be the first thing you would
do?"
She replied, "I'd give food and houses to all the homeless people."
Her parents beamed with pride! "Wow...what a worthy goal!" I said.
"But you don't have to wait until you're President to do that!" I told her.
"What do you mean?" she replied. So I told her, "You can come over to
my house and mow the lawn, pull weeds, and trim my hedge, and I'll pay you
$50. Then you can go over to the grocery store where the homeless guy
hangs out, and you can give him the $50 to use toward food and a new house."
She thought that over for a few seconds, then she looked me straight in
the eye and asked, "Why doesn't the homeless guy come over and do the work,
and you can just pay him the $50?"
I said, "Welcome to the Republican Party."
Her parents aren't speaking to me.
Freedom is Never Free
There is a reason why the Founding Fathers put it there. They knew that it would be the insurance policy for the rest of the Constitution. It enabled us to win our freedoms then. It will enable us to keep it now. Freedom is never free, it has to be paid for. Never let the Democrats take your Second Amendment Right away from you, it could cost you your freedom.

Chicago Police Officer Del Pearson, 47, is out of surgery and "in intensive care at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn after his surgery Tuesday morning after doctors were able to stop internal bleeding, " SunTimes

You entered the trenches and fought back with great courage to ensure that the 'Glorious Cause' would never fail. You risked everything including your 'sacred honor'.
Delusional Democrats
Democrats are being delusional if they think that what happened in 2010 was an anomaly. It wasn't, the American people have finally begun to see what has been happening to this nation during the last century and the beginning of this one. We now see that the liberals have been trying to make our federal government into a 'living, breathing' entity of which we are a part of it's collective. This is actually the antithesis of what the original intent of what this nation was created for and our Constitution established. We are the first in the history of the world to have taken the steps to have given all of it's citizens perpetual freedoms which could never be taken but could only be given away. As more and more Americans see what is occurring every day where more and more of our freedoms are being taken away we are slowly trying to right our destiny again. The Democrats will not be able to stop the American Ascendancy, it can be only stopped through our apathy.
The party is not over yet.
The MSM keeps trying to portray that the Tea Party phenomenon is over. It's not. We are still here and come November 3rd, 2012, you will hear from us again. We don't occupy, destroy or vandalize anything that doesn't belong to us. We will not sit by and watch our American Ascendancy get taken away by a few social degenerates and politically dysfunctionals. We are not upset by the long Republican Primaries, contrarily, it makes our candidates better by letting us see their Conservative values. The MSM is now forced to cover our message of individual freedoms, that they have been trying to hide for so many years. We strongly believe in our Constitution that limited the powers that our public servants have and we will not be ruled but will be governed by those that we elect.
