Hire Off-duty Chicago Cops downtown

Alderleech wants to let downtown businesses hire off duty Chicago Police officers to patrol the downtown areas.  Businesses will pass the costs to the consumers but a win-win for coppers and shoppers.  Chicago Police Officers have proven to be a great investment in quality of life for the citizens of Chicagostan. It is unfortunate that Mayor Rahm Incompetent doesn't care about the rest of the city to maintain a well manned Chicago Police Department. Stay safe.
