Government wins, Children lose

After the huge victory of the Chicago Teachers Union, the Government once again service it's own instead of the needs of the people that they serve.  The School Superintendent Jean-Claude Brizard fell on his sword for embarrassing Mayor Rahm Incompetent. The children of Chicago get the scraps.  Progressive FAIL.
