It seems that the stimulus bill has fallen way short of what President Obama envisioned. I'm not surprised, President Roosevelt, tried unsuccessfully to get the economy going again, by doing similar things. Fortunately, World War II stopped by and resolved that problem. The Democrats always try to fix problems by throwing money, our money, at the problem trying to resolve them. It also seems that President Obama and Vice President Biden aren't on the same sheet of music when it comes to the economy. Try to keep a close eye on what's left of your 401K and/or Differed Comp.

ReplyDeleteWhere has all that money gone? Do they really have a clue? I saw a report today that said that the majority of the money sent to the states wasn't used the way it was mandated. Instead of job producing projects, the states patched and used the money to pay for bills. Got to keep those social programs running. We need more money to sent to ex-cons to "talk" to their street gang contacts to control gang violence....so how's that going? anyways...I would like to see a true accounting of where our tax dollars went

ReplyDeleteThis is what I feared would begin to happen. The Stimulus bill was going to be used to pay off those who backed Obama. It is the Chicago way, ask Major Daley. The unemployment rate keeps increasing and people are starting to lose their homes.
