Rahm Incompetent vows Socialized Policing

Progressives have always been FAIL when they try to turn Law Enforcement into Social Welfare.  It has never worked and it will not work now.  The Left think that if they can continue to throw money at a problem which is the result of their other FAIL social programs, ie. welfare, foodstamps, public housing.  Progressive have unsuccessfully been trying to turn Police Officers into social workers for the last twenty years and it has been a complete waste.
